Max weight: 8000 lbs
Max Temp: 2200°F
Quantity: 2
Cryogenic (Low Temperature) Freezer
Our high-capacity cryogenic freezers transform the soft, weak austenite formed during heating into durable martensite, ensuring a tougher, higher-quality end product. While some tempering services skip this crucial step, our cryogenic freezing process guarantees superior results. With on-site treatment, you can conveniently drop off and pick up your parts at a single location, hassle-free.
Uses: Stabilizing steel and aluminum.
Capacity: 70” L x 46” W x 46” D
Max weight: 1500 lbs
Min Temp: -120° F
Quantity: 2
Despatch Furnace
For aerospace and medical components, you need precise temperature control. Our high-capacity Despatch furnaces deliver exact temperature control down to the degree. With horizontal and vertical recirculated airflow, these furnaces ensure uniform heat distribution and eliminate temperature fluctuations for consistent, high-quality results.
Uses: Thermal flattening, Annealing, Stress relieving, Aging, and Tempering.
Largest Capacity: 120” L x 97” W x 57” H
Max weight: 8000 lbs
Max Temp: 1000°F

Certified Metal Hardness Testers
After heat treatment, it’s critical to confirm that the metal resists indentation, scratching, and penetration. We perform hardness testing on every order to ensure durability and prevent premature failure. Using a range of non-destructive hardness testers, we verify that your materials meet performance standards—without causing any damage.
Uses: Determines the exact surface hardness.
Largest Capacity: 10-inch throat.
Max weight: 100 lbs
Rockwell Hardness Scales: HRA, HRBW, HRC, HREW, HR15N, HR30N, HR15TW, and HR30TW
Quantity: 5
Conductivity Testers
Conductivity is another layer of testing to verify the properties of an aluminum alloy after heat treatment, especially for aluminum-copper alloys such as 2024. Conductivity testing ensures that aluminum components maintain their electrical performance after heat treatment, critical for parts like superconductors and other electrical systems.
Uses: Determines the exact conductivity of aluminum.
Quantity: 1
Car Bottom Furnaces
Our car bottom furnaces are built to handle large metal components up 20,000 lbs. Parts are secured to a removable, rail-mounted hearth (the “car bottom”), ensuring safe and efficient heat treatment for oversized items. It's the perfect solution to accommodate large aerospace, locomotive, and automotive parts.
Uses: Annealing, normalizing, and stress-relieving of oversized workpieces.
Capacity: 144” L x 84” W x 60” H
Max Temp: 2,150° F
Max Load: 20,000 lbs
Quantity: 2
Straightening Press
Heat treatment and regular wear can distort metal components. Our specialized straightening process restores accuracy without compromising the metal’s chemical structure. With equipment rated for up to 150 tons, we handle everything from aligning metal structural steel frames to fine-tuning precision parts like aircraft landing gear.
Uses: Straightening shafts, plates, and rectangle bars pre or post-process.
Max Load: 150 tons
Quantity: 2
Beaver Atmosphere Furnaces
We use advanced atmosphere furnaces from BeaverMatic, Inc., to ensure precise control over temperature, atmosphere, and timing, delivering optimal heat treatment results for your parts, every time. These furnaces produce and maintain a carbon-rich environment during steel heat treatment, minimizing decarburization of steel or even carburizing it, hardening the surface through diffusion.
Uses: Multiple heat treating applications such as Neutral Hardening, Normalizing, Carburizing, and Carbonitriding.
Capacity: 43” L x 25” W x 17” H
Max weight: 1,000 lbs each
Max Temp: 1750° F
Quantity: 2
Induction Machines
Our induction machines use targeted electromagnetic heating to treat small, delicate components with precision. We achieve hardened surfaces with minimal distortion by heating parts to just above the upper critical temperature and immediately quenching them.
Uses: Hardening the surface layer of a suitable ferrous metal.
Quantity: 2
Pit Furnaces
The vertical design of our pit furnaces allows a single treatment for long pipes, beams, shafts, and rods in an environment with uniform heating and atmosphere.
Uses: Nitriding processes.
